Workshops & Experiential Wellness Offerings

I design workshops that feel grounding, restorative, and human. While all of my work is rooted in psychological science, these experiences are intentionally slow, experiential, and interactive, creating space for participants to regulate, reflect, and reconnect in ways that feel nourishing rather than overwhelming.

My workshops are less about lectures and more about felt experience. Participants are invited to pause, practice skills in real time, ask questions, and leave with tools that can be gently integrated into daily life, long after the session ends.

These offerings are especially well suited for retreats, wellness events, spa programming, conferences, and workplace well-being initiatives that value depth, calm, and meaningful engagement.

What These Workshops Feel Like

  • Calm, supportive, and thoughtfully paced

  • Interactive without being performative

  • Grounded in nervous-system awareness and regulation

  • Reflective, practical, and gently restorative

  • Accessible to people with no prior mental health background

Participants often describe these sessions as settling, clarifying, and surprisingly practical.
