Online Therapy for Adults, Couples, and Families
Supporting adults, couples, and families facing trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, or ADHD.
Currently serving clients in PSYPACT states, including Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Illinois, Colorado and Arizona.
I offer online therapy grounded in trauma-informed, somatic, and neurodivergence-affirming care for adults, couples, and families who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, trauma histories, relationship stress, or a nervous system that feels constantly “on edge.” My approach integrates nervous system science, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate, practical guidance to help you build insight, stability, and lasting change.

In therapy, I take a personalized and collaborative approach to help you better understand your current challenges and define meaningful goals for our work together. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or feeling stuck, our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs.
My approach is trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, creating a safe, validating space where you don’t have to mask or minimize who you are. While every client’s journey is unique, certain groups face particular challenges that I address in my practice.
Women often carry the invisible load of family, caregiving, and unrealistic societal expectations. These pressures, combined with underdiagnosis of neurodivergence and minimization of distress, significantly affect mental health. [Learn more]

Men are often taught to shut down softer emotions and lean into independence, achievement, or problem-solving instead of connection. This can leave them isolated, burned out, or struggling beneath the surface. [Learn more]

BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals deserve affirming, inclusive therapy. Too often, clients feel unseen or misunderstood within systems not built for them. I provide care that respects identity, culture, and lived experience. [Learn more]

I also work individually with parents who are seeking support around parenting strategies, family routines, and understanding their child’s neurodivergence.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, both emotional and behavioral, that may be keeping you from feeling grounded or fulfilled. From there, we’ll work to develop new ways of thinking, coping, and showing up in your life that support greater peace, clarity, and connection.
In couples therapy, we’ll work together to understand each partner’s concerns and clarify your shared goals for the relationship. Common focus areas include improving communication, deepening emotional and physical intimacy, strengthening your co-parenting dynamic, and navigating conflict more effectively.

I also specialize in supporting neurodiverse couples, helping partners better understand each other’s unique communication styles, needs, and emotional experiences.

Our sessions will be a collaborative space to help you reconnect, build trust, and grow in the areas that matter most to your relationship. Whether you're feeling disconnected, stuck in recurring arguments, or simply want to strengthen your bond, therapy can offer the tools and support to move forward together.

Family Therapy
Family relationships can be a source of deep connection, but also stress, conflict, or misunderstanding. In family therapy, I work with adult family members together to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and navigate challenges.

Common areas of focus include:
-
Parents and adult children navigating ADHD or other neurodivergence
-
Sibling conflict and patterns of communication
-
Parents adjusting to caregiving roles for aging parents
-
Families balancing autonomy, boundaries, and connection

Family therapy is different from individual parent support, as it involves two or more family members in sessions together. My role is to create a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where everyone feels heard, and to help the family work toward healthier patterns and stronger relationships.
