As a client, you have access to Reimbursify, a secure and user-friendly app designed to make out-of-network reimbursement simple. I will send your Superbill at the end of each month Instead of dealing with confusing insurance paperwork, you can upload your superbill in just a few minutes, and Reimbursify takes care of filing the claim directly with your insurance provider. This way, you can focus your energy on the work we’re doing together, while still making the most of your benefits.

Options to Submit​

You have two easy ways to use Reimbursify to submit your claims:

  1. Use my direct link (recommended)

    • Click the link below to sign up.

    • This automatically connects you to my professional account, so you can submit claims at no cost.

  2. Download the Reimbursify app

    • If you prefer to download the app from the App Store or Google Play, you’ll be asked to enter a QIKcode.

    • Use this code: KCARH376B to connect your account to my subscription (so you won’t be charged per claim).

Step-by-Step Guide

Download the app or use my direct link (direct link is the easiest option).

  1. Create an account with your email and basic insurance information.

  2. At the end of each month, I’ll upload your superbill to your secure client portal in Zencare. You can then download it.

  3. Upload your superbill into Reimbursify each month — you can snap a photo or upload the PDF I provide.

  4. Submit your claim and Reimbursify will file it directly with your insurance provider.

  5. Track your reimbursement in the app and receive updates as your claim is processed.
