Inclusive & Affirming Care
I believe that therapy should be a place where every part of you is welcome.
My approach is not only trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming, but also grounded in a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and respect for each person’s lived experience.

I have had the privilege of working with individuals from a wide range of cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds. I honor the impact that culture, family, and community can have on your sense of self and on the challenges you face. I also recognize that systemic racism, discrimination, and oppression create barriers to healing that must be named, not ignored.

I have significant experience working with transgender and non-binary adults and am committed to providing affirming, respectful care for LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals. This means honoring your identity and relationships, using correct names and pronouns, and creating a therapeutic space where you do not have to educate me in order to feel understood.
I stay actively engaged in ongoing learning and reflection through continuing education, professional consultation, and listening to voices within marginalized communities, so that I can continue to offer thoughtful, informed, and affirming care.

Whether you come to therapy seeking support with identity exploration, healing from trauma, or simply finding a safe place to rest and reflect, my role is to meet you with openness, compassion, and respect.
